In addition, and most important of all, we offer you the support of our local English representative who lives close by and will be on hand to help and advise as necessary.
Prices do not include:
* Telephone calls which are charged at 15 cents per unit based on meter readings.
* Additional cleaning is available on request and charged at €18 per hour.
These charges should be paid before departure directly to our representative.
Other information:
* Pool Heating - the pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September only.
* Lettings are from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am).
* Please note the villa is set on a hillside with a steep private access road to the gates and steps up to the house.
* No smoking or pets are allowed at the villa.
* Cot and high chair are available upon request. Babysitting can be arranged directly through our representative.
Prices are as set out below. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable when making your booking. The balance of the rental and the refundable security deposit of £250 per week are payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period (please see our detailed booking Terms and Conditions page).
